My pricing structure is as follows:

• I would offer to visit any location free of charge in order to measure/price a job. 
• If the work is minor and can be completed either at that time or later, my minimum call out charge would be £30.00 for any small one off task that takes less than 1hr.
• For larger jobs I would provide the customer with a free no obligation quotation in writing. I can include materials and labour costs or just labour costs dependent on the customer’s requirements.

I feel that a formal pricing structure is important so that the customer knows what to expect cost wise, when hiring me.

Payment can be made in cash, cheques (to be made payable to Lindsey Flintoft) or if you prefer to use internet banking my bank account details will be provided on my final invoice.
